The Salvation Army is having a free concert this evening at 6:00pm in Peart Park.  To start the holiday season off on a good note, we are proud to present “The Bells of Christmas”.  This is the first night the city’s Christmas decorations turn on in that area, and we are making it special.  The concert will feature local music group The Keepsakes, as well as the first performance of The Salvation Army’s two children’s handbell choirs and vocal choir.  We encourage folks to bring a chair and enjoy the music of the season to help put heart and mind into the spirit of Thanksgiving and Christmas.
